About the Role
As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you will work directly with children to help them develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and communicating with families. This is an entry-level position with paid training and certification provided, and you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours in a home-based care setting.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
Preferred:
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
- Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.
- Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
