RightWay ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in East Orange, NJ. The role involves assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and providing beneficial care through in-home ABA therapy for children ages 2-12 years old.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be responsible for adhering to behavioral health plans developed by mental health professionals, interviewing patients at their homes or healthcare facilities, and drafting reports to communicate patient progress to senior mental health professionals. You will work closely with a team to ensure effective therapy and support for children.

- Listening and reasoning skills.
- Must have a mode of transportation to travel.
Preferred:- Experience working with children in a therapeutic setting.
- Availability for after school and/or weekend hours.
