About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT) Trainee, you will implement individualized behavioral programs, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to create a supportive environment. This entry-level position includes paid training and the opportunity to obtain RBT certification, with a focus on making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- RBT certification or desire to become RBT certified.
- Spanish-speaking.
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities.
- Behavioral knowledge/experience.
