Summary
Vibrant ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (Paid Training) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout South Westchester, NY. The role involves working one-on-one with children and implementing behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes, follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect session data, document progress, and communicate with supervisors and caregivers. You will maintain a consistent schedule and work with cases assigned near your home, with a preference for after-school and weekend availability.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to travel locally to client homes.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children (teaching, childcare, psychology, healthcare, education, etc.) preferred.
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
- Comfortable working in home-based settings.
