About You
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain after hire.
- Dependable and able to engage with children effectively.
- Paid prior experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA).
- Tech-savviness and comfort with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365.

- Additional $2.00/hour premium pay for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm
