About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 individualized behavior therapy, complete daily data collection, follow treatment plans, and communicate effectively with team members. You will also be responsible for lifting children, traveling to multiple work sites, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
About You
Required:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT).
- At least 18 years old with a High School diploma.
Preferred:
- Some college or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education/development, or a related field.
- One or more years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders.
