Summary
Bounce ABA Preschool is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home clients in Freehold, NJ, focusing on evening hours.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA, work 1:1 with children in their home environment, collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition, collaborate with families and team members, participate in team meetings and ongoing training, and maintain professional and ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability during after-school hours.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
