About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field.
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates for brand new RBTs - $20-24/hour.
- Experienced RBTs hourly rates range from $23-27 per hour.
- Sign-on bonus for active RBT/BCAT of $1000.
- Paid training including the required 40-hour RBT course.
- Ongoing access to a private CEU library for continued learning.
