Summary
Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Marin County, CA. The role involves providing direct, 1:1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will implement individualized behavioral programs, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to create a supportive environment. This part-time position requires afternoon and evening availability, with a focus on engaging children in a fun and energetic manner to support their learning and development.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
Preferred:
- RBT certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining it.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required.
- Behavioral knowledge/experience is preferred, but not necessary.
