About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, and tracking client progress. You will also facilitate the teaching of communication, self-help, and social skills while adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
