About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children in their home environment, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA. Your responsibilities include collecting and recording data on client behavior, collaborating with families and team members, participating in team meetings, and maintaining professional standards.
About You
Required:
- Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability during after-school hours.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
