About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), collect data to monitor progress, and support families in executing individualized treatment plans. You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with children and maintaining clear communication with families and supervisors.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in an everchanging, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
