About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavioral plans, collect data on client progress, and support families in executing treatment plans. You will engage with clients in a dynamic environment, requiring physical activity and strong communication skills.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with children.
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs.
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
