About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for delivering individualized behavioral therapy in home or community settings. Your tasks will include implementing treatment goals, tracking client progress, providing feedback to supervisors, and facilitating the teaching of communication and social skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team, adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
- Minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
- Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations daily.
