- High school diploma or equivalency and related personal, professional, or educational experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in mental health services or related fields.

CSG was founded in 1972 with the goal of providing community-based mental health and intellectual & developmental disability (IDD) services throughout Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
