Summary

About the Role
As the Behavioral Health Director, you will be responsible for implementing and managing behavioral health programs, supervising staff, developing program goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating community partnerships, and promoting a culture of wellness among staff. You will also participate in quality assurance activities and represent the organization at community events.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program management role.
- Current, valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist certification in the State of Washington, or ability to obtain within four (4) months of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience with grant writing and management.
- Familiarity with the unique needs of urban Native communities and culturally rooted healing practices.
