About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager, providing case management services through telehealth, outpatient offices, and community-based settings. Your responsibilities include monitoring client symptoms, developing service relationships, coordinating community resources, providing crisis intervention, and maintaining documentation of client interactions.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years relevant experience in behavioral health.
Preferred:
- Understanding of human behavior, mental illness, and psychiatric symptoms.
- Experience with de-escalation techniques and therapeutic engagement.
