About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and structured environment for patients. Your responsibilities will include guiding patients through daily activities, leading experiential activities, documenting interactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure a unified care environment. You will also participate in ongoing training to enhance your ability to provide trauma-informed care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be minimum 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
- Must become CPR certified within the first 30 days.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Prior work experience in other behavioral treatment settings.
