About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work hands-on with children aged 18 months to 8 years, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging in therapeutic activities. You will collaborate with a team to create a fun and safe environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a conducive therapy space.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare, mental health, or related fields.
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
