As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for client monitoring and support, supervising client activities, conducting routine rounds, and providing immediate assistance for client concerns. You will also document client behaviors, maintain facility safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective care.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health, addiction recovery, or residential care setting.
- CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to remain awake and alert during all working hours.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
