About the Role
About You
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to complete 40+ hours of training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing behavioral health services.
- Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an accredited organization.
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
