About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for implementing personalized treatment plans designed by certified behavior analysts, collecting and recording data on patient progress, and employing effective communication techniques to collaborate with team members and families to support the child's success.
About You
Required:
- Strong understanding of and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention techniques and familiarity with Psychology concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families.
- Patience and empathy when working with children diagnosed with ASD.
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Additional training or certifications in ABA techniques.
- Experience in providing therapeutic support or working in a similar role.
