About the Role
As a Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of experts to implement ABA programs, track client progress, and analyze data. You will also have the opportunity to progress through the RBT ladder, starting from an entry-level position and advancing to more senior roles. The position includes paid training for those interested in becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Time management, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Background in childcare, mental health, or education.
