Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join their team in Parker, CO. The role involves providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, through in-home and community-based ABA services.
About the Role
As a Behavioral Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect data on client behavior, assist in the development of care plans, and utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills. You will also maintain accurate client records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
About You
Required:
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
