About the Role
As a Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of experts to implement ABA programs, track client progress, and analyze data. You will also be required to obtain RBT Certification within 60 days and follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately. The position offers career progression opportunities from Behavior Technician to various RBT levels and beyond.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Time management, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Background in childcare, mental health, or education.
