About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Your responsibilities include implementing strategies developed with your BCBA, documenting session data, collaborating with families, and following crisis protocols.
About You
Required:
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
Preferred:
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
