About the Role
As a Behaviorist, you will follow behavioral treatment plans approved by the BCBA, provide one-on-one and group instruction, support clients in various settings, assist with personal hygiene, collect data on client progress, and prepare instructional materials. You will also attend meetings and maintain confidentiality of client records.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of child growth and development, particularly for pupils with special learning needs.
- Fluency in English (read, write, and speak).
- Ability to manage student behavior and guide towards acceptable social behaviors.
Preferred:
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques.
