- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprint drawings.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing small precision parts.
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with GD&T specifications and basic inspection capabilities.
- Ability to use common measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
