- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience relative to the class concept.
- Experience with data entry and document review requiring attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt communication style to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Experience providing trauma-informed customer service.
- Technical skills including basic computer knowledge and learning new web-based platforms.
- Experience developing meaningful relationships that foster trust and inclusivity.
