- High School Diploma/GED equivalent and/or related work experience equivalency.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including benefits.
- Valid driver's license to travel to client sites.
- Proven relationship-building experiences and professional communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-directed work ethic.
- Advanced degree completed or in process.
- Working knowledge of insurance products, including core and voluntary benefits.
- Existing active Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Producer’s License.
