About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience in human resources or a related field, preferably with benefits or leave administration experience.
- Working knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and Workers’ Compensation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of benefit programs and ability to interpret Summary Plan Documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
