Estella Health is seeking a Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant to join their team in Quincy, MA. The role involves supporting the People Operations team through the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
About the Role
As a Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, coordinate new hire benefit onboarding, ensure compliance with regulations, support payroll processing, and maintain organized employee files. You will also assist with benefit communications and provide general administrative support to the People Team.
About You
Required:
1-2 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, or HR support role.
Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications/experience.
