About the Role
As a Benefits & Leave Specialist, you will be responsible for administering firmwide benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws, managing leaves of absence, serving as the primary contact for benefit inquiries, and conducting new hire orientations. You will also contribute to open enrollment and wellness programs, audit benefits records, and maintain policies for legal compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave management and compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
- Minimum of three years’ experience supporting leaves and benefits.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
Preferred:
- Dayforce and Workday experience.
- Benefits certification such as CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or similar credential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
