About You
- High school diploma with significant job experience required, associates or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits with prior experience in implementation and retirement plan administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Workday experience including Workday Benefits and/or payroll.
- Analytical mindset and process-oriented.
