About the Role

As a Benefits Specialist, you will serve as the primary client contact, responding to benefit-related inquiries, troubleshooting payroll and billing discrepancies, and assisting client employees with benefits questions. You will lead annual renewal meetings, review plan changes, prepare client-facing reports, and ensure accurate benefit payroll deductions using Excel. This fast-paced, client-facing role has a peak season from October through January and offers opportunities for career advancement.

About You

Required:

2+ years of group benefits administration experience, understanding deductibles, coinsurance, cobra, etc.
2+ years of Excel experience, including pivot tables, running macros, and filtering formulas.
Strong math skills for calculations such as multiplication and division.
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, providing customer support for benefits.

Preferred:

Payroll experience.
Accounting experience.
PEO experience.
Bachelor's Degree.
