BIG HAPPY is seeking a Director of Sales to join their team in Bentonville, AR. The role involves driving new shopper marketing related business and raising awareness of their proprietary ad platform.
About the Role
As the Director of Sales, you will focus on building the Bentonville territory for Big Happy, leveraging your extensive contacts to develop new client relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing current business, collaborating with internal teams to optimize programs for retailer priorities, and developing a shopper marketing playbook. Your role will require a hunter mentality, solution-based selling, and the ability to convey market challenges to leadership.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or similar relevant field.
7+ years experience selling digital media to agencies and brands with a proven track record of success.
Deep relationships at major agencies and direct clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of the media ecosystem, including agency hold companies and programmatic.
Preferred:
Strong sense of accountability with the ability to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline/forecast.
Technical skills: Boostr, Google product suite, Microsoft product suite, Sellercrowd, Clearslide, ZOOM, Slack.
