About the Role
As a participant in the 6-month BEST (Building Efficiency Sales Training) Program, you will receive mentorship and training to kickstart your career in technical sales. You will engage with architects, engineers, and building owners to promote smarter, greener buildings, while developing your leadership skills and customer relationship management.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing an Engineering bachelor’s degree and graduating by December 2025 or June 2026.
- Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Preferred:
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree, strongly preferred.
- Previous sales or engineering experiences through co-ops, internships, part-time or full-time jobs.
