About the Role
As a BGCIC VISTA Native Club VISTA Leader, you will support Native Boys & Girls Clubs in hosting AmeriCorps VISTA members, assist in developing position goals, and improve program delivery. You will mentor VISTA members, lead training on best practices, and support project reporting and monitoring activities.
About You
Required:
- Must have served a 1-year AmeriCorps term.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in community organization and youth development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
