About the Role
As a BH Specialist I (PSR), you will develop and maintain supportive relationships with clients and their families, provide psychosocial education, facilitate the development of daily living skills, document client interactions, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning. You will also monitor client progress and advocate for their needs while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and/or personal services.
Preferred:
- Relevant experience or course of study in behavioral healthcare.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with individuals and groups.
