About the Role
As a Bi-Lingual Product Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new product requirements, championing Latin American needs on cross-functional teams, identifying product needs, and developing business cases. You will also assist with market segmentation, participate in product launches, and deliver presentations to various stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with the Latin American team and travel to job sites and industry events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, marketing, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment markets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with new product launches.
Preferred:
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with experience in analyzing financial and sales data.
- Skilled in product management with experience in pricing analysis and product positioning.
- Strong project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience in PowerBI and PowerApps.
