About the Role

As the Administrative Clinical Supervisor, you will be the senior administrative and clinical person on-site during nights, collaborating with staff and leaders to address administrative issues and implement policies. Your responsibilities include facilitating patient throughput, providing clinical consultation and support, addressing staff performance issues, and responding to patient care emergencies.

About You

Required:

Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
License Registered Nurse required.
American Heart Association – Basic Life Support Certificate required.
5-8 years related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred:

Previous supervisory skills.
ACLS Certification preferred.
