About the Role
As a Bike Mechanic, you will work full-time in a non-customer facing environment, focusing on the assembly and maintenance of bikes. You will be responsible for ensuring that each bike meets Trek's high standards for speed and quality, working on both custom and refurbished bikes. Your tasks will include final assembly, tuning, troubleshooting e-bike systems, and collaborating with a team of skilled mechanics.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience assembling a wide range of bikes, from kids' bikes to top-of-the-line mountain, road, and e-bikes.
- Bike shop or bike assembly experience.
Preferred:
- A self-starter mentality with a passion for teamwork and a positive attitude.
- An eye for detail and a love for finding solutions.
- A hunger to keep learning and growing your skills.
