About You
Required:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear background check and 'No Findings' report
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- TB test and CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Current CNA certification
- A passion for caring for seniors and persons with disabilities
