As a Bilingual Community Liaison & Marketing Representative Team Lead, you will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound sales calls in both English and Spanish, educating prospective clients about services, building relationships with healthcare providers, assisting with marketing campaigns, and representing the company at local events. You will also track leads and support care coordination processes.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare marketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's communities and senior care landscape.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
