As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for promoting positive customer relations, answering customer calls, providing service to walk-in customers, maintaining customer records, and resolving product or service issues. You will also communicate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- A minimum of one-year Customer Service Experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
Preferred:
- A minimum of six months of Call Center experience preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
