- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
