About the Role
As a Bilingual Preschool Assistant, you will assist lead teachers with lesson plans and educational activities, organize and clean the classroom, provide active supervision for children aged 2-6, and ensure adherence to school policies and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and adapting to the needs of the preschool.
About You
Required:
- Must have COVID-19 vaccinations & boosters.
- Basic knowledge of Early Childhood Education or related field of study.
- Fluent in Spanish and conversational English.
- Ability to work in the U.S. with documentation.
Preferred:
- Prior preschool classroom experience.
- CPR / First Aid Certification.
- Daily Health Observation Training.
- Child Abuse & Neglect Training.
- Virginia Pre-Service Training (10 hour certificate).
- Virginia Health & Safety Annual Update Training.
