About the Role
As a Member Loyalty Representative, you will welcome members, process transactions, and engage in outreach activities to educate potential members about Oportun's services. You will work both independently and as part of a team, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
About You
Required:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
- Available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating work schedule.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance to support store operations.
- Willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality.
- Ability to organize and file paper documents.
