About the Role
As a Member Loyalty Representative, you will welcome members, process transactions, and engage in outreach activities to educate potential members about Oportun's services. You will work both independently and as part of a team, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities, while also participating in community events to build relationships and promote financial literacy.
About You
Required:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
- Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
- Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
