As a Bilingual Front Office Specialist Float, you will be the first point of contact for families, managing check-ins, insurance verifications, and payments while maintaining accuracy. You will explain wait times, juggle multiple tasks during busy shifts, document in the EMR, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure patient flow.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enjoys working with children and families.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy clinics.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Pediatric or urgent care front desk experience.
